Slow Motion Lobotomy

In line with applying for a job at 3 Bloke Studios I have been asked to provide demonstrations of prior programming knowledge, art experience or design talent. Having little to demonstrate the first two, despite a reasonable knowledge of programming, I set myself the task of programming a game tonight. As you can imagine, most of my brain tissue is pickling in its own blood and fluids right now as my mind issues the ‘abandon ship’ order. This is only made worse by the fact I’m using a language I’ve picked up in the past 3 days and a technology with which I am not entirely familiar. At the very least it has been a learning experience. Right now I am facing the same error I’ve been looking at for the past hour and a half. I dare not sleep as I know it will menace my very dreams. It must be defeated.
