There is no doubt that a “strong independent woman” (read [in this case]: ball-breaking bitch) had some major role in designing, at least, the side-missions of Assassin’s Creed 2, and I can’t stand by without at least highlighting the hypocrisy.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has been in the media quite a lot recently, for a variety of reasons. Most notable, however, is the massive contraversy surrounding a single mission in the game: ‘No Russian’. No doubt many of you have already seen or heard about this aspect of the game and have formulated your own opinions about the morality or intelligence of the decision to include the mission. As a game designer and academic I found this mission of particular interest and feel it prudent to dissect it from a critical stand-point.
Pac-Man is a classic game of great fame and reknown, with fans across the world. I am not one of them, but I owe a lot to Pac-Man for what it started.

Having enjoyed Gas Powered Games’ previous title, Supreme Commander, I actually pre-ordered Demigod from Stardock and recieved it a number of weeks before the Australian release of the game. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with this purchase.
Game Summary
Demigod is a strategy game that draws on the ‘Defence of the Ancients’ modifications from Warcraft 3. The [...]
Runescape is a game I wouldn’t typically invest a lot of time in, but is an invaluable insight into MMO development and maintenance that can be examined for free. While Runescape has its share of critics, and rightly so, I would actually have to say that it’s a reasonably solid game that one can enjoy [...]
